It's also why, for our managed properties, we have a dedicated property manager to respond quickly and fairly to your needs.

Justin Lloyd is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and subscribe to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for Residential Letting Agents. The Property Ombudsman (TPO) Code of Practice sets out a framework within which Member Agents must operate and the standards of service that must be provided for both tenants and landlords.
