2015 brought new ownership for Justin Lloyd, with Sally Hubbard, Lesley Hubbard and Sue Gidney now jointly owning the company.
Sally was employed with Justin Lloyd in 2009 starting out as Lettings Manager before becoming Director in 2011. It was a natural shift for Sally to lead the team as Operations Director and spends her time divided between both Kemp Town and Brunswick offices. Prior to working for Justin Lloyd, Sally worked for large high street retailers such as Marks and Spencers and Fat Face, in dual site and area management roles within the visual merchanding sector.
Lesley Hubbard (Sally’s mum!) is a seasoned landlord with properties in Scotland, Brighton and Swindon. A retired accountant (FCCA), Lesley has a handle on all business accounts and is a tremendous support for Sally (albeit from Scotland!) managing the business on a day to day basis.
Sue Gidney (Sally’s aunt!) also co-owns the largest independent residential sales and lettings company in Wiltshire. Based in Swindon, Sue has worked hard for the last 20 years building her business and has now become the go to agent of choice, with a portfolio of over 1500 managed properties. Sue has a wealth of experience, bringing excellent tried and tested ways of working to help grow the company to new heights.
We are members of ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark which means we meet higher industry standards than the law demands. We undertake regular training to ensure they are up to date with best practice and complex legislative changes, so we can offer you the best advice.
